During this phase of the research, the focus was on studying the control of the robotic arm and determining its operating range to facilitate automatic shooting. The controllability of the robotic arm has served as an inspiration for incorporating it into experimental video production. The goal is to create a unique camera lens for experimental filmmaking, where the exploration of the potential offered by robotic arms holds tremendous promise. By integrating robotic arms into the filmmaking process, the aim is to broaden the visual possibilities and enhance artistic expressions in the realm of experimental film.
We cannot anticipate what will unfold in our lives. Different events and outcomes occur without prior notice. This video portrays an individual encountering a problem and showcases their journey in facing it.
At the beginning, they feel a sense of confusion and immense pressure. Seeking release, they repeatedly write down words on paper and crumple it into a ball before discarding it. During this time, feelings of hopelessness emerge, and the view transitions to a distorted, swirling perspective symbolizing their internal turmoil.
Anger and hopelessness consume them as emotions intensify. However, the narrative takes a turn as the scene shifts to many people placing candles on a plate, representing the collective support and hope they receive. This serves as a reminder that tomorrow holds the potential for improvement.
In the face of uncertainty, the video's message emphasizes the importance of creating opportunities and building inner strength.

Consumed by anger, they furiously scribbled their thoughts onto the paper, the pen slashing across the page. In a cathartic gesture, they crumpled the paper, hurling it away, as if hoping to expel their frustration and find some relief.
The camera executes a single-take shot as it zooms closer to the paper. It employs tracking to follow the movement of writing, and panning to follow the movement of throwing the paper ball.

In moments of deep despair, it becomes crucial for us to seek out glimmers of hope. These can manifest in various forms: the presence of cherished individuals in our lives, the aspirations we hold for the future, or even the fond memories we carry from the past. Each of these elements serves as a beacon, illuminating our hearts and guiding us through the darkness. By recognizing and embracing these sources of light, we can find solace and inspiration amidst challenging times.
Reflection
Filming with the assistance of a robot arm provides a unique experience as it moves along the specified path with high precision and control, effectively eliminating vibrations that are challenging to avoid with human camera operators.
Enhancing camera movement: In this exercise, smooth, accurate, and repeatable camera movements were achieved, making complex shots easier to capture. This capability is particularly valuable in film and video production where precise control over camera movement is essential.
Advanced Versatility: Through path programming and precise selection of waypoints, the robot arm was programmed to execute specific movements and navigate along the filming path with precise timing. This level of versatility is difficult to achieve with traditional camera setups. It enables fast, smooth, and precise camera movements while saving time, effort, and reducing the risk of errors. The experience of using a robot for filming was incredibly intriguing. This approach has the potential to significantly impact the film and video production industry by providing a range of advantages that contribute to improved quality, efficiency, and safety in the filming process.
